Privacy policy
How VIA handles information submitted through this website.
Last updated: 2 August 2026
1. Operator and contact
This website and its inquiry service are operated by Via Consulting, a limited liability business trading as VIA (Registration No. 0310034625), registered at Syria, Damascus, Damascus Airport Road. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to aziz@via-intel.com.
2. Information collected
The inquiry form collects your name, company, role, country, work email, company website, service interest, expected timing, message, consent, and language. Cloudflare also processes limited technical data, including network and security signals, to deliver the site and protect the form.
3. Purposes
VIA uses this information to assess and respond to inquiries, consider potential engagements, maintain appropriate business records, deliver confirmation messages, prevent abuse and duplicate submissions, secure the website, and diagnose delivery problems. VIA does not sell personal information.
4. Service providers and international processing
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare provides content delivery, security, Turnstile spam prevention, rate limiting, and short-lived duplicate protection. Resend processes inquiry details to deliver email to VIA and, when enabled, a confirmation to the sender. These providers may process information in countries where they operate, subject to their own safeguards and terms.
5. Storage and operational logs
The website does not maintain a client database of form submissions. Inquiry content is delivered by email through Resend. A one-way duplicate-submission hash is stored briefly in Cloudflare KV to prevent repeat delivery; operational logs record event types and reference identifiers rather than inquiry text.
6. Cookies and analytics
VIA does not currently run advertising or marketing analytics. Cloudflare and Turnstile may use essential cookies or equivalent security technologies needed to protect and operate the website and inquiry form.
7. Security
Submissions are encrypted in transit, validated server-side, protected by Turnstile and rate limiting, and delivered through authenticated provider connections. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so sensitive documents should not be sent through the form.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask VIA for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with an inquiry. A request may be limited where retention is reasonably required for security, record-keeping, dispute resolution, or applicable law. Contact aziz@via-intel.com.
9. Updates
This policy will be updated when VIA’s operator details, providers, services, or data practices materially change. The date above identifies the current version.
