How VIA handles information submitted through this website.

1. About VIA
VIA is the public business name used for this website and is not currently a registered legal entity. Privacy questions may be sent to aziz@via-intel.com.
2. Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, VIA collects the information entered in the form, including your name, company, role, country, work email, website, service interest, timing, and message. The form also processes limited technical information needed for security, spam prevention, rate limiting, and reliable delivery.
3. How information is used
VIA uses submitted information to assess the inquiry, respond to you, consider a potential engagement, maintain appropriate business records, protect the website from abuse, and troubleshoot delivery failures. VIA does not sell personal information.
4. Service providers
Inquiry delivery is designed to use Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile is planned for automated-abuse protection. Hosting and security providers may process limited technical data as necessary to operate the website. These services will be activated and identified in the production configuration before the form is launched.
5. Security and logs
Form submissions are validated and sent through a server-side endpoint. Technical identifiers may be converted into one-way hashes for rate limiting and duplicate prevention. Routine application logs record delivery events and reference identifiers, not the full inquiry message.
6. Retention
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a possible engagement, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or securely archived.
7. Your choices
You may ask VIA to provide, correct, or delete personal information associated with an inquiry, subject to any legitimate record-keeping or legal requirements. Contact aziz@via-intel.com with your request.
8. Cookies and analytics
VIA does not currently use advertising cookies or marketing analytics. Essential security technology may be added when the inquiry form is activated. This policy will be updated before any optional analytics or tracking is introduced.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated when VIA’s legal structure, services, providers, or data practices change. The revised date will appear at the top of this page.
