Website terms
The terms that apply when you visit and use this website.
Last updated: 2 August 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to use of the VIA website, operated by Via Consulting, a limited liability business trading as VIA (Registration No. 0310034625), registered at Syria, Damascus, Damascus Airport Road. The website describes VIA’s market-entry and commercial intelligence services but does not itself create a client engagement.
2. General information
Website content is general information, not legal, tax, sanctions, regulatory, investment, accounting, engineering, or other specialist advice. Relevant qualified specialists remain responsible for separate professional advice.
3. Client engagements
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, confidentiality agreement, exclusivity obligation, or commitment to provide services. No paid engagement begins until a written scope or agreement confirms the services, responsibilities, fees, timing, deliverables, and applicable terms.
4. No guarantee
VIA does not guarantee market entry, approvals, introductions, partnerships, contracts, revenue, or commercial success. Market information can change and decisions should reflect the client’s circumstances, independent checks, and applicable requirements.
5. Confidentiality and authority
Confidentiality obligations for client work are set out in the relevant written agreement. VIA does not bind a client, sign contracts, accept funds, or make legal or regulatory commitments for a client unless expressly authorised under a separate written agreement and permitted by applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
VIA retains rights in the website’s original text, design, graphics, and branding. Ownership and permitted use of engagement deliverables are governed by the applicable client agreement. Third-party names, materials, and marks remain the property of their owners.
7. Third-party information and specialists
VIA may use public, client-supplied, or third-party information that can change or be incomplete. Independent legal, technical, regulatory, or sector specialists may provide separate advice within an agreed scope and remain responsible for that advice.
8. Website availability and liability
VIA seeks to keep the website accurate and available but does not promise uninterrupted operation or that every item is current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VIA is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content or temporary unavailability.
9. Engagement terms and contact
Each client engagement is governed by its separate written agreement. Questions about these website terms may be sent to aziz@via-intel.com.
